Block Adhesive-Application Guidelines
- Surface Preparation:
- Clean the surface from loose particles, dirt, oil, and grease.
- Repair any cracks or defects before application.
- Mixing of Adhesive:
- Mix adhesive thoroughly with water (25-30% by weight).
- Use clean potable water for optimal results.
- Application:
- Apply a thin layer (3-5mm) of adhesive on AAC blocks.
- Ensure proper alignment and jointing.
- Clean excess adhesive immediately.
