Block Adhesive-Application Guidelines

  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Clean the surface from loose particles, dirt, oil, and grease.
    • Repair any cracks or defects before application.
  2. Mixing of Adhesive:
    • Mix adhesive thoroughly with water (25-30% by weight).
    • Use clean potable water for optimal results.
  3. Application:
    • Apply a thin layer (3-5mm) of adhesive on AAC blocks.
    • Ensure proper alignment and jointing.
    • Clean excess adhesive immediately.

Ready Mix Plaster-Application Guidelines

  • Internal: 8 -10 mm single coat is recommended for internal plaster covering.
  • External: Two coats are recommended to cover the external side of walls i.e. base coat of 6-8mm and second finish coat 8-12mm to get total thickness of around 18-20mm, further depending upon site conditions. After base coat, minimum 2 to 3 days curing must be done before application of finish coat. Single coat or base coat must not be greater than 15mm.
